Overview

We are looking for a Sales Administrator who is self-motivated and can work unsupervised as we have a flexible working policy allowing you to working from our Warrington (Westbrook) office and your home.

 

Your typical day will consist of...

  • Talking to our business clients to identify and understand sales opportunities

  • Match a requirements brief with suitable IT and Telecoms products and services.

  • Produce quotes and follow-up by discussing them with the our clients

  • Working with suppliers to purchase products and services

  • Managing product returns and customer products issues

  • Processing annual recurring sales with clients

  • Interacting with the tech team to coordinate work following sales

  • Invoicing clients for all sales that you have processed

  • Assisting other marketing and sales team members, as required

  • You may also occasionally become involved in marketing and promotional activities.

Key Objectives

  • Quote clients for products, services, subscriptions, projects and annual renewals

Skills Required

  • Proven track record in a similar sales role, ideally involving IT/Telecoms

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • A positive approach to work and team interaction

  • Confidence with a professional positive telephone manner

  • Broad knowledge of IT products, services and cloud technologies

  • Strong administration and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow processes and work under your own initiative

  • Excellent English oral and written/typing skills

  • Attention to detail and a desire to meet deadlines

 

Remuneration
The salary range is between £20k to £25k depending upon your experience.
We provide you with 24 days annual leave in addition to all English public holidays
We operate a company pension scheme which you will auto-enrol into upon commencement of employment
